Mocs Shock Hogs (They score two TDs)

Unimpressive, flat, and unprepared are just some of the words floating around Razorback Nation today after the Hogs defeated the Mocs of Tennessee-Chattanooga 34-15 yesterday in Little Rock.

(Was it this banner that flew pre-game, or was it Auburn looming Saturday that caused the sloppy Hog-play?)

Reports are that D-Mac has bruised ribs after rushing for only 122 yards in a little over three quarters of playing time yesterday. My amateur medical opinion is that McHeisman was probably playing with broken ribs, a torn spleen, and only one functioning kidney. I would also say he probably had blurred vision and food poisoning and that's why he only rushed for 122 yards and one touchdown in his hometown. No matter though, Felix the Cat (leads the nation in yards per carry) stepped in and ran for 141 yards on 13 carries with two TDs.
As usual, McFadden and Jones are still 1-2 in my completely unbiased Heisman poll heading into the Auburn game which will be televised by ESPN beginning at 6:45 Saturday.

Darren McHeisman Gauge:
Needs: 32 yards to be Arkansas' career rushing leader
Needs: 27 yards to pass Shaun Alexander and move into 10th place in career rushing in the SEC Conference.

(Move over, loser, you'll be 11th after Saturday)

The rest of the SEC:
Some team from Louisiana that hasn't lost yet wearing yellow got so lucky to beat Florida, who stinks anyway. Tebow just can't win the big games and Les Miles doesn't realize that you can kick a field goal on 4th down...

Alabama continues to play horribly after peaking against Arkansas (the Hogs just bring out the best in the competition). They got lucky to beat Houston 30-24. The Bama fans love John Parker Wilson and only wish that he had another three years of eligibility...

Kentucky lost on Thursday night to South Carolina and now get to host LSU Saturday. Andre Woodson keeps firing interceptions like he's the next Brett Favre or something (another team that peaked with the Arkansas win)...

Mississippi State beat up on poor little UAB 30-13. Croom and Doom! Croom and Doom!...

Ole Miss was also out of conference as they shutout Louisiana Tech 24-0 and I would like to vote Ole Miss out of the conference so it's funny how that worked this weekend...

Auburn is playing some good ball considering their lack of talent, but it was just Vanderbilt this weekend in their 35-7 win over the Commodore 64's...

I'm sure the folks planning on a firephilfulmer website this week will delay its release after the Vols took it to Georgia at Rockytop winning 35-14. I believe Rocky neutered UGA during the game when no one was looking...

(Peyton Hillis has some hops for a white boy)

And in a completely random note (much like most of this blog anyway), Texas loses again. Everyone say, "awwwwwww..."
